Reboot is a powerful tool that accompanies you in your professional reinvention process. We work on the basis of active Coaching Co. Together, we identify your values, goals, your lights and also your shadows, visiting different perspectives. The benefits of this process include increased self-confidence, increased clarity about your goals and priorities, living fluidly in the present moment, increased capacity for decision making. Finding your own answers and solutions, being able to explore your thoughts and emotions, discovering your own skills and resources, will help you to intuit a satisfying path. As a first contact, a workshop will be held on the stages we are going to go through in a 3-hour format, in an atmosphere that favours well-being and reconciliation with oneself. It consists of a short theoretical contextualisation, an experimental practice, testimonies and method.
ENERGY BALANCE
We will work in a workshop oriented to the health and well-being of women (although men can also attend). The duration will be about an hour and a half, followed by a meditation where we will visualise the chakras, We will deal with the concept of chakra, energetic flow, location of the chakras, functions and dysfunctions according to their state, and beneficial effects according to them. Finally there will be a sharing to share the experience and a small gift will be distributed. The cost of the workshop is 20€ with a minimum of 5 people and a maximum of 10, when weather conditions permit it will be held in a natural environment.
YONI EGGS
The Yoni egg workshop will begin with a brief history of its origins. This will be followed by an introduction to the pelvic floor and physical exercises to improve it. We will talk about the physical benefits of using the eggs, as well as the energetic benefits. We will discuss the different eggs and their special benefits depending on the mineral. We will end with a sample of eggs, explanation of how to choose an egg (size, type of mineral,...) and a little surprise. The workshop lasts 2 hours. The cost is 25€ per person. The workshop will be held with a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 10 people.
ASTRONOMIC TOURISM
A real immersion into astronomy, talks under the stars and a spectacular sky.
We will learn stories, myths and legends about the constellations, we will enjoy all the knowledge that our guides have, their technical explanations about how to guide us at night and we will know the ins and outs of our night sky.
We will end our evening under the stars with a surprise.
We cannot guarantee optimal stargazing due to weather and humidity conditions, but our experts will lead the experience always in the best way for your enjoyment.
TOUCHING THE SKY
Feel the freedom that paragliding provides.
At the beginning of the activity we will talk about the environment and what we can see. They will also explain the technique and the necessary safety measures.
The duration of this experience is 45 minutes, of which 15 minutes will be spent in the air.
When you make your reservation we will need to know some details regarding your greeting to know if it is advisable to do it.

REDISCOVERING THE BALANCE
In an idyllic setting you can enjoy Yoga classes, guided by one of our qualified Yoga teachers.
Before the activity, we will need to know the physical condition of the participants in order to initiate them in some postures or others.
After the end of the class we will be able to share our experiences, expectations and intentions about our physical and mental well-being.
The duration of the activity is two hours. Before making the reservation we will indicate which beach to go to for the practice of Yoga
SHINRIN YOKU
Consists of spending time in the forest, with the aim of improving health, well-being and happiness. The term comes from its most important principle: it is beneficial to bathe and immerse oneself in the atmosphere of the forest. It elevates the mood and deactivates stress and anxiety.
We will explain how the simple fact of breathing fresh air in nature, enjoying the sounds, the silence, the smells… keeping our senses active, is our objective to calm our mood, and improve our physical and above all our mental state.
Trees release compounds called phytoncides that directly affect cortisol, the stress hormone, mitigating the ailments it causes and thus reducing the markers of anger, fatigue and anxiety as well as activating our immune system.

After leaving the church square we will walk for about 20 minutes to an enclave located in the glens, with incredible views of the sea, at this point we will explain the seven steps to be able to enjoy our activity.
1. We have to be aware that this is a time that you have to reserve for yourself, it is only for yourself.
2. You can’t be connected, neither with a wristband, nor with a mobile phone, nor with photos… you have to focus on the activity.
3. Do not set any goals, just focus on what we find along the way, we cannot have objectives.
4. Focus on listening and feeling nature, paying attention to your senses and asking yourself what they make you feel.
5. Practice silence

After explaining these guidelines we will begin the activity, the time will be about half an hour to embrace the trees, lie down, feel the sea breezes, the smell of pine, watch the flight of birds, observe how the clouds are moving … in short, feel the experience and enjoy meeting with her.
After finishing our activity, we will return to the village by another path to finish with a circular route. Before saying goodbye, we will evaluate the activity indicating what we liked the most and sharing experiences.
We can add a stop at the end with a shared breakfast with local products to share our experiences.

What happens if I can’t attend the workshop? We will either give you a refund or make you a voucher to redeem for the next session.
How long in advance can I cancel my appointment? If you cannot participate in the activity, you can cancel 48 hours in advance. If there are not enough participants, we will make a voucher so that it does not affect the rest of the participants.
